Is this free?
Core tools are currently free, with no ads or advertising trackers. Some dashboard features require a free account.
Do I need an account?
No for the core exercises. You need an account for dashboard features such as saved library items, mood check-ins, self-test history, and practice tracking.
How do I sign in?
Sign in with your email address and a temporary login code. There is no password to manage.
Can I delete or export my account data?
Yes. Email support from the address connected to your account and we can help with deletion or export requests.
Can support help with anxiety or medical advice?
No. We can help with the website, account access, billing, and technical issues. We cannot provide diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or emergency support.
Is my data private?
Logged-in dashboard data is stored with your account. Local preferences may stay on your device. We avoid sending sensitive wellness details to analytics. See the privacy policy for details.
Does it work offline?
Many core techniques can continue working after initial load, but account and dashboard features need a connection.
