Anxiety Aid Tools provides general wellness tools and educational information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or a substitute for a qualified professional. It is not emergency monitoring. If you are in crisis, may harm yourself or someone else, or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Anxiety Aid Tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Seller and controller

Boring Dystopia Development, Esmoreitstraat 28-2, 1055 CE Amsterdam, The Netherlands, KvK number 42114878, is the seller of Anxiety Aid Tools Pro and the controller of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Contact: admin@anxietyaidtools.com.

Accounts

Most core tools work without an account. Some dashboard features require passwordless email login. You are responsible for using an email address you control and for keeping your signed-in devices secure.

Dashboard and User Content

Logged-in dashboard features may let you save items, track mood, add optional notes, complete self-tests, and record practice activity. You keep responsibility for what you enter. Do not use the app to store emergency information or content you need a clinician or crisis responder to monitor.

Acceptable Use

/Do not misuse, attack, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service.
/Do not try to access another person's account or data.
/Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
/Do not use the app as an emergency, clinical, or safety monitoring system.

Free Tools and License

The core tools are currently free to use. Anxiety Aid Tools is proprietary software. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app as provided through our website and official services.

/You may use the app for personal wellness support.
/You may use free tools without registration unless a feature clearly requires login.
/You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the app or its content except where allowed by law.

Anxiety Aid Tools Pro

Pro is a one-time lifetime upgrade for USD 19, including applicable tax. It is not a subscription. The current Pro features are the daily journal, guided programs, progress tracking, and fillable worksheets.

Payment and Pro access

Stripe processes payments for Pro. We provide Pro access after we receive confirmed payment. Payment processing is subject to Stripe’s applicable terms and policies.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of your Pro purchase by contacting admin@anxietyaidtools.com. This refund policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

Pro suspension

We may proportionately suspend or remove Pro access if a payment is reversed, fraudulent activity is involved, or there is material misuse of the service. We will take account of the circumstances where reasonably possible.

Service Availability

We try to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, break, be paused, or be removed.

Termination

We may suspend or remove access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create risk for others, or if operating the service becomes impractical. You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion through support.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what data we process for accounts, dashboard features, local storage, analytics, and support requests. Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Anxiety Aid Tools is provided as is, without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages or outcomes from using or being unable to use the app. The tools may not be suitable for everyone.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and complaints

Dutch law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If you have a question or complaint, contact us first at admin@anxietyaidtools.com so we can try to resolve it.
